1st Kitchen Class


This is what i made for my first kitchen class..

Dish name: Fried Almond Crusted Fish Fillet with white wine sauce accompanied with mash potatoes and brunoise glazed veggies with tomato confit.

Comments from Chef Souji were that
-Taste of Fish is good
-Sauce is okay
-Portion of fish is too big
-No colour
-Plating was kind of decorative
